In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Mehdi Tabatabai, Deputy for Communications and Information in the President’s Office, announced that an interview with President Pezeshkian will be broadcast tomorrow on NBC. The discussion, conducted by American journalist Lester Holt, is expected to shed light on Iran’s foreign policy priorities.
A Call for Peace and Justice
Tabatabai emphasized Iran’s commitment to peace and de-escalation, both regionally and globally. "The Islamic Republic condemns war-mongering, aggression, and the genocide perpetrated by the Zionist regime," he wrote. "Iran is prepared for honorable and equal negotiations."
