President Pledges Support for Iranian Law Enforcement Forces

The president on Sunday attended the graduation ceremony of cadets at the Police Training University in Tehran.

"We take pride in your existence and are confident that through your efforts, the honor of Islamic Iran will be guaranteed," he said in an address to the event.

Pezeshkian also hailed the law enforcement forces for their strength as well as relentless efforts aimed at upholding justice across the country.  

“Chaos, cruelty and injustice would have prevailed in society if law enforcement forces had not been active,” Pezeshkian said, likening the forces to strongholds that are crucial to society.

“We heartedly appreciate the round-the-clock efforts by you and all armed forces,” the president noted, his official website reported.

“Wherever you are present, people feel safe, and this is a sign of hope in a bright future. You are the guarantors of the country’s move towards justice,” Pezeshkian added.

He also referred to national consensus in Iran, saying, "National unity and progress towards the established visions require complete coordination and adherence to the policies of the Supreme Leader. Without such unity, achieving the lofty goals of the Islamic system will not be possible."

Pezeshkian also emphasized his administration's support for law enforcement forces across the country.
