The US-based author and political commentator said that Washington “never negotiates, it demands everything in its own way.”

He said Americans were used to demanding what they want from others via military threat, and not negotiations.
Lendman described the US as an unreliable partner.

“It never negotiates; it demands everything in its own way,” he said.

Speaking from Chicago, Lendman said US leaders use coercive measures to force other countries to accept their demands.

He said those nations who want to remain independent are branded by the US as rogue countries, whose regimes must be changed.

Lendman said as time passes the US government becomes more arrogant; it is getting more and more demanding.

“America is becoming worse over the generations. Each succeeding US regime seems to be worse than the preceding one,” he said.

To date, US President Donald Trump has been the worst of all, according to Lendman’s assessment.

“So far, the Trump regime is the worst of all.”

He described the Trump administration’s hostility towards Iran as “menacing.”

Lendman noted the Trump administration was in pursuit of regime-change in Iran.

He said to achieve its goal, the unreliable Trump administration will not only pull out of international agreements, but also use nuclear force.

They are pursuing dangerous scenarios, including scenarios with nuclear strikes, that could doom the world, Lendman warned.

Lendman said that western media were being silent about the threats posed by the Trump administration, adding that Americans were oblivious to the dangers posed by the most probable use of coercive means to push Trump's agenda.
