Islam Times - Gaza Resistance Rings in New Year with Rocket Barrage on Israeli Settlements

Islam Times - The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas, announced that its fighters fired a salvo of rockets at the Israeli settlement of Netivot as the new year began.

Sirens immediately sounded in the southern occupied territory, as the attack coincided with the turning of the calendar. This comes amidst an ongoing, 453-day-long Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip.

Exactly a year prior, the Al-Qassam Brigades had carried out a similar barrage on central Israeli-occupied areas and settlements. Despite the relentless Israeli bombardment, Gaza’s Resistance continues to inflict casualties on the occupying forces, while finding ways to strike back at the occupied territories.
