Russia Launches Ballistic Missile Strikes on Kyiv

Russian forces fired at least five Iskander-M, KN-23 ballistic missiles from the Bryansk military base, and two Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles were launched from MiG-31K jets.

Shortly after air raid sirens at 06:40 (local time) blasts rocked the city.

Local Kyiv media reported at least eight powerful blasts and widespread destruction and disruption in the capital.
