Iran FM Meets Head of Hamas Council in Doha

The Iranian  Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi met with the Head of Hamas Shura Council Mohammed Ismail Darwish and a number of Hamas officials in Doha.

Araghchi has traveled to Doha to attend Astana Format Foreign Ministers' Meeting and hold talks with Qatari leaders.

It was later reported that Araghchi told the Hamas officials in the meeting that "The Islamic Republic of Iran's principled approach in supporting the people and resistance of Palestine and Lebanon against the occupation and aggression of the Zionist regime will continue with strength."
